For me dance is one of the way to released tension. If we dance we can forgot all the problem in our head. Dance with rhythm and we can feel we in the others world. Happy and enjoy the dance.
Like K-Pop music and dance. It's really interesting. Make people feel the music and also bollywood dance. In bollywood dance, they will dance will the feel of music and dance with rhythm and express the feel at face. Interesting i think.
Not ever mother like to see that their daughter or son dance. Especially for Malay people. For me i just like dance just for only our satisfaction. Released our stress or pressure with dance and forgot all the problem. Feel the music and make ourself on it. Step up your feet, feel the music and enjoy the world.
For people, dance not only for do a show but it's also can for your happiness, healthy and also give some good emotions for us. Why i said like that? One of the reason is for people who job like me, they will always busy and feel stress but when we can dance it will help us to forgot all the problem and feel the dance. For healthy, we will sweat after we dance. So if we don't have time to exercise, we can dance for released our pressure and also sweat for your body keep healthy.
We can see below example one of traditional malay dance called "Zapin", and bollywood dance. So creative and beauty.
