IMPORTANT OF JOB SCOPE

Hi... Long time i didn't update my blog. Today i want share my experience about job scope. Of course i got from my working experience. Not everyone care about their job scope but for me it's different.

Job scope? What people care about job scope? I think everyone just care about their work sometimes but not everyone. Sometimes we need do multi-task work. Depend on how the company encourage their staff and motivated their staff. Sometimes from multi-task work we got many benefit. But only for people who realize the benefit.

Sometimes when we always do multi-task, staff forgot their position in company. Sometimes they can think that he or she got power. Position like a boss but the true is they just do their work like us. Must follow the rules. Everyone got their own power. They just do on behalf boss. Why sometimes they can be like a boss only boss give them permission to sign on behalf boss?

Staff must realize what their on position and their job scope. Not because boss appoint them as manager or person who authorised can signed in the important document can give approval every documentation. Isn't?

So because of this, as employer we need to give every staff cleared about their job scope. So if anything happen, they will know their work. What they can do and what they can't do. Other that, staff also know their limit action. They not confuse in their job scope. It's OK if we give them multi-task work but they must know their limit power.

If staff confuse their job scope it's will affect their performance and also make them forget their position in that company. Why i said like that? For example one company hired admin staff in the company. At the same time he or she need to report to two person. One is under procurement who related with project and one side with boss who will give approval for buy any item for stock. So if sales got customer , they will instruct admin who will handle the item and then he or she need get approval for boss. But in the same time she or he also under procurement who will buy the item from supplier. Before buy, need approval. If she or he didn't get approval from boss, so how come the item will be buy from supplier. Isn't? Boss not always around us, right? So for that solution, company appoint one manager who will be action on behalf of boss. So meaning that, the person authorized to sign important thing document but the employer must give the cleared scope to the manager but in the same time employer also need to know the progress.

In that situation, employer should tell the person who they appoint as authorised person can act on behalf them. It's to make the person forgot what they can and can't do. They think they got power like a boss. Can make a decision without discuss with employer.

From the example situation that i gave, employer should tell the person who they appoint can act on behalf them about their limit action and also need to discuss or get approval from them. I think it's not hard for them to tell the boss before give approval right? All in our finger right know. IT here, so nothing impossible. If the boss hard to find, manager also can drop an email just to inform their employee right?

As a conclusion, i think multi-tasking good for workers because it will increase staff ability and also increased their learning. But make sure they know their job scope. Job scope it's really important to make sure everyone know their limit position. Know their action. If employer not realize that, it will make them hard to control management in the future.

  I love my family..Everyone had their family. Had mother, father and also sibling. I had 5 sibling and i'm the older one. The best about my family is all my siblings are girl....hehehe

  We can share any secret and story. That not only story but we also can share hobbies, cloths and others. We live like best friends. All secret we will share and everyone had their own strength and advantage.  We will complete each other.

  Lucky i got the best mom. She is good and tough mom that i had. She patiently keeping us, treat every single their daughter. She also treat us as a friends. She is only strength that we had. Without her, i can't imagine how our life right now. She give us some learning about life and educate us about how to survive in reality life. She always guide us with her experience and make us close to her. Share a story and secret.

  Family is the best person that we can share a secret. But not people agree with that. I know that. May be some people will said that friends is a good choice for us to share the problem. One of the reason why because of age factor and same opinion. Same age will be one of the factor. They always think age is important. They had same opinion and same environment. Mother is older than us, so may be she can't understand our environment life now. That how people think.

  But for me, family is the best someone that you can refer and sharing. Luck i had open minded family. My mother and father can understand about us and about how we are living right now. She always encourage us to the success life. She is our best friends and a good people can understand us. She try to guide us to the better life and a better environment. Even we not life like rich family but she had more time for us to care, love and also being a good friends to us. That value of my family.

  I can said that family is a good solution for us. Family is the reason my we can live right now and also our strength in life. Without them, i can't imagine how our life right now.

SHARING

Today i feel very sad. Sometimes i try to kick all negative thinking. We will happy if we take positive thinking only. We are human not GOD. All people not perfect. That a fact that people must accept it. When we down make us feel really disappointed even in the small matter. Same with me.

I like learning something new. It will make me active and fresh. Not doing the same task everyday. But as a people should be sharing the knowledge. Not every people like sharing the knowledge. Sometimes they just ignore it when someone want to ask about knowledge that they know. How come like that.

For me sharing it will make more value for that knowledge. It show that not only us know about that, other people also want to know about that. For example like food. Today we ate chicken chop at US and when we comeback to our hometown also people can eat chicken chop. That because they share the recipe. Even not the same taste but from the sharing will make people know about that. So for housewife when her husband take them to restaurant also she can learn something. Even she didn't know the secret recipe but she can ask the waiter there. Even not complete but she can learn from the taste and ingredients in the food.

Today i really feel disappointed about that. We should sharing the knowledge even we can't tell more, enough if can give a little. We should help our staff if staff want to know. Better if staff ask their senior rather than keep silent without nothing. Asking will help people more knowledge and better. If people asking, we should helping with our knowledge.

Value of knowledge we can get from how many people know about that. If just only ourself know that, i think it will zero. People not interest with that. Same with right now. If people didn't know the function about knowledge, i think many people didn't go to school and univercity to get the info and knowledge. No engineer, no teacher. Because that value people start going to school. Teachers share their knowledge with student.

As human we should think about that. Don't think that because of you had that knowledge that people will respect you more than that. People will respect us when we had knowledge and always share that knowledge and used the knowledge to improve and also bring development to our country and also to people.

Cameron Highlands , Malaysia

 Cameron Highlands is one of travel place at Malaysia. Full with flower and vegetables. Nice view we can see there. Very green environment. There also get strawberry, apple and also grape tree. Temperature not very cold right now. People already explore the place and many project or development there. We can see there many hotel.

Many Facility right now had at Cameron Highlands. Hotels also got there. The special place that people always go to Bukit Berinchang. Pasar malam also had there. Every weekend had Pasar Malam there. People can choose their food. Many special food there. Their vegetables and food very fresh. Most popular Strawberry chocolate.

Cameron valley or what we can said that tea plantations. That one of special there. We can see a green environment. So nice, and very calm. Difficult we can see that at town. Town full with building. Cameron full with green environment. People allowed visited Cameron Valley tea plantations only on weekdays. Me and my family also go there bring my siblings for vacation. So nice and very calm place. Many people go there.

The price of vegetable also cheap there. Beside that, it's very fresh. For strawberry we can pick from the tree. Strawberry not very sweet like Korean Strawberry. But at Malaysia only at Cameron Highlands we can get the fresh. Means from the tree. We going to strawberry farm. Not only had strawberry but also had flower, vegetables and also fruit like grape. Many people go there to buy flower and also pick their own strawberry. Vegetables also had there in the cheap price.

Many water fall also had there like " Lata Iskandar ", " Lata Kinjang" , "Parit falls" and Robinson Falls". We can see many view. Me and my family choose " Lata Iskandar". The view very nice and so calm. The water very cold. Children and also adult going there for bath and see the view.

Dance

Dance... What people know about dancing? Actually i really like dance. But unfortunately i'm a really busy person. No time for that. Before i join Malaysian Traditional dance class. It's really interesting for me. I just like dance only but not for show just for happy only.

For me dance is one of the way to released tension. If we dance we can forgot all the problem in our head. Dance with rhythm and we can feel we in the others world. Happy and enjoy the dance.

Like K-Pop music and dance. It's really interesting. Make people feel the music and also bollywood dance. In bollywood dance, they will dance will the feel of music and dance with rhythm and express the feel at face. Interesting i think.

Not ever mother like to see that their daughter or son dance. Especially for Malay people. For me i just like dance just for only our satisfaction. Released our stress or pressure with dance and forgot all the problem. Feel the music and make ourself on it. Step up your feet, feel the music and enjoy the world.

For people, dance not only for do a show but it's also can for your happiness, healthy and also give some good emotions for us. Why i said like that? One of the reason is for people who job like me, they will always busy and feel stress but when we can dance it will help us to forgot all the problem and feel the dance. For healthy, we will sweat after we dance. So if we don't have time to exercise, we can dance for released our pressure and also sweat for your body keep healthy.

We can see below example one of traditional malay dance called "Zapin", and bollywood dance. So creative and beauty.

So religion or race not one of obstruction to us to continue our hobbies or interest right. Keep yourself as yourself. No need to change to other people. Enjoy your life and achieve what you want....

Fasting

Happy Ramadhan to all Muslim people in the world. Today 1st day fasting in Ramadhan. Hopefully all Muslim fasting with patience and fortitude in the face of the challenges of this life.

In Malaysian, fasting will related with food festival and also called "bazaar ramadhan" . As people known that Malaysia a country of food, rich with many variations of food. So delicious. Many type of food we can see at "bazaar". Famous at bazaar are like chicken satay, ayam percik and many type of food we can see.

Not only muslim people bought some food there. All people will go to bazaar to find some food. We can see in Malaysia, all races going to bazaar bring their family and children to find food and interesting food. Mostly popular like BBQ chicken.

All people will enjoy their visit. Bazaar also is give us some advantage to explore the business opportunity. Many people will go for Bazaar and many opportunity people should grab. Give some idea to businesswomen or businessmen to think about that advantage and opportunity.

Actually one of my friends right now success from their business. Start from bazaar Ramadhan and right now already open for her own business. How interesting life. If we can grab the opportunity, many thing we can do right.

In Ramadhan also, people will learn how to patient and control anger. As Muslim, they will learn how to patient in waiting for breaking their fasting, learn how to control your anger, and also for partner or people who already marriage they will learn how to control your lust and passion in their life.

I believe it's not only Muslim people will fasting. Some of races and religion also need fasting. For chinese, they also got fasting but in the special day like if had any mortality one of their family like grandfather they need fasting. Not to eat meat in 100 day. Even they can drink and eat but they still need fasting in eating meat. It's also call fasting. So not only Islam will fasting. All the religion in the world also had rules that some people will fasting.

Anyway Happy Ramadhan to all people in the world. Hope this month will give us more patient and get more advantages from that.

Understanding....

           Haze right now...very bad i think. Some place closed because of haze. Even haze, but need to work. Just only some place closed because of that. Very bad people. They did't know effect of their action. Because of haze, some school closed and people feeling not very well and unhealthy.

          For people who works with their employee need do our routine even in the bad environment. Same with me. Have some urgent task. Need to settle it.

         Too tired work with haze environment. Have cough and also fever. But still need to settle task. If leave the task, people will judge that they not responsibility with their job.

         Good if we got the understanding colleague. But me, so unlucky. In front of me, she always like people who always support me. Sweet talker i think. Different if she with boss. She always acting like lady boss. Always try to find my weakness and drag me to the long position. Even i'm in the new position, she always try to blame me and make me look bad in front of my boss. It will ruined my reputation in front of boss. My boss will think i'm not responsibility people. How bad she is.

        It will make me too stress here. I'm new in this environment. She should understand. That's why my boss take her. But in this case, she always bring me to the old world. I need new world. Who understand me and always care what i'm feeling now like in the first time i'm working. Boss understand me that i'm new in this field but she didn't understand me. But boss understand me.

        I always thinking to find the new job and new environment. Got the understanding boss and colleague is enough for me. But my boss always want me to stay with them. I'm the 1st worker. Build together that company but when she's coming it's like disaster for me.

        I really hope that she's understand why boss taking her in this company. She should understand what her job and task. I'm not related with her task right now. Before she takes my position, she said she's know everything but now why she always put me in her problem. She should think that when i released a position i will delete all and everything i know about my task before. I really need to fill in my brain with new knowledge.

        That's people thinking. Always selfish. Thinking only about theirself. Why not try to understand people. Behave yourself and think to positive and not negative. Throw negative thinking.

        I always had a question in my mind " why when a girl or women take over the new position or high position before, she always think that she had a power to control people. Why she didn't try to understand people? Always used emotions in control people. How come they can be like that? They should know and try understand people who working with them. Don't used the experience before to treat their subordinates. It's will give them negative think.

        Only some superior can understand people. Only for knowledge people know how treat good to their subordinates. In my experience, people who in low education just always used their emotion in working environment. They can't think more about their effect. What they think just only they had power, so people must loyal and comply their work. Too sad i think and too stress if we work liked that.

        Experience will make people strong and tough. From bad experience will make people very strong, tough and easy to them when they through the same situation. Give a quick solutions but right now many people like to take advantage to other people. Do a same think what they trough before.

        If people can work together in one team, understand what they task, people can work happy if in haze environment. Even in bad situations also can work with happiness. The important thing is if people can understand their job and task. Try to understand their feeling in put ourself in their shoes. If people work like that, every task will easy to settle and all the problem can get the better solutions. Even in big problem also can solved in the better way and better solutions.. Think about that...

Throw your negative thinking, we can live in the better environment....
Try to understand people with try to put yourself in their shoes.....
Not Easy to find happiness but nothing impossible in the world.....

Sweet Memory....

 In January 2013, we visit Korean as a company trip...The sweet memory i think. I can see the real snow in front my eyes. Cold and sweet. Even cold but sweet memory to me. I can feel how snow can make me calm and Korean make me happy. The beauty of Korean.

Ist time i go to Korean make me feel wanna go again. The beauty environment and also the sweet of strawberry. I can't forget about strawberry. Sweet , nice and big size. Different taste before i eat at Malaysia. Special of Korean not only because of environment but the food. There had kimchi, sweet strawberry and also had many delicious food. Before i go, i think there really hard to find the Halal food but the true is right now many people can alert about Halal food.

The Korean people also friendly. They can speak in Indonesian word. Not many different with Malaysian words. So they can understand what i'm talking about. I'm really proud that Korean people also can understand what Malaysian people said. Sometimes they ask "is it you from Indonesian? Because there, many Indonesian people live at Korean and also do business there. So they start learn about Indonesian words.

Is day we go to Nami Island. The place with snow like Winter Sonata. I can see many people go there. Very cold i think. Minus ten degree at Nami Island. Got statue winter sonata drama there. Sweet memory.

I can't forget the memory there..

LOVE

What is LOVE? Everyone know meaning of love but don't know how far the meaning of LOVE.
Love is something that special feeling. People right now just know meaning of love but they didn't put the feeling the right way. Everyone can see how far people love each other. Sometimes they just ask and promise to us with the feeling of love. How far they can maintain their love?

Now you can ask yourself is it you appreciate that feeling? If people life with love of course right now children life with love and always happy. Women life with their happy family and also live in the peace word. Hope we can live with love, peace and happiest.

We can see in the newspaper how people life right now. You can imagine how people life. Throw away their fetus in the rubbish, kills their parents and many thing happen because of their lack of love. People right now very selfish. Always thinking about themselves. How about the others.

That a reason why people live without peace. Because they lack of love. They just know wording of LOVE. Everyone can said that they love somebody but they must know the deep meaning of loves. So before you said to other people about LOVE, you must think that you know the meaning of LOVE.

I hope someday i will get the person who know the meaning of LOVE.

So bored today.... like everyone always go outside, hanging with some friends but me?????? hmmm always need some time to rest...

In weekdays no time for rest and no live. Always need to think about work..So bored i think.
But i always had a book to read....hehehe...so in the short means i still had a benefit. Had a book as a friends.
I like to read novel. Mostly Love story..I just wanna share my hobbies today...

Not everyone like novel or love story. Sometimes people think that it would waste a time but for me i can learn many thing about life and also give me more spirit about how to life. It would give me some positive thinking and more alert about people thinking even we know that novel is a just one of the story that people just imagine but sometimes it is happen in true or in the reality life, right?

If it just a story, how they get the story? Of course from people experience. We can get happy ending like in the novel if we can always think positive and only our-self can change. Why in the reality we can't life like a novel? The answer is only in our-self. If we want a happy life, only we can change. Not other people. Even we live in the medium environment if we choose to happy of course we always happy...
As a people we must thank to Allah...because of HIM we always here. If we always thankful to HIM of course we will always happy whatever we had....

No one can change our-self. Think positive and always put GOD in the first stage..

Sahabat....

    Apa erti persahabatan? Apa guna sahabat? Apa pentingnya persahabatan? Bagi diri ku sahabat itu penting. Sahabat mempengaruhi jatuh bangunnya seseorang. 

   Sahabat mempengaruhi kehidupan seseorang. Banyak yang jatuh sebab sahabat. Teringat masa zaman persekolahanku terdapat seorang gadis yang mana mempunyai sahabat sehati sejiwa. Bermula sejak zaman persekolahan lagi mereka rapat. Bak kata orang cubit peha kanan peha kiri terasa. Sentiasa saling tolong-menolong. Tapi semuanya musnah disebabkan seorang lelaki...

Macam klise pulak bila teringat...tapi memang true story.... kenapalah manusia ni dijadikan suka cemburu dan iri hati...memang tak salah kalau nak cemburu...tapi kena la pada tempatnya...disebabkna sikap inilah menyebabkan mereka bergaduh...

Hanya kerana lelaki...tapi kira ada hikmahnya la juga...Si gadis ini tau perangai atau sikap si sahabat baik...walaupun dah 10tahun berkawan namun sekelip mata sahaja boleh memusnahkan  kepercayaan seorang sahabat...

Dulu si gadis ini tidak pernah pun rapat dengan keluarganya namun disebabkan sokongan keluarga mampu mengubah hidup si gadis ni..

Bayangkanlah kalau anda mempunyai sahabat baik yang dah berkawan selama 10 tahun tapi tiba-tiba menikam anda semata-mata kerana seorang lelaki. Apakah perasaan anda? 

Kini hidup si gadis lebih ceria...disebabkan peristiwa tersebut mengajar si gadis supaya berhati-hati dalam mencari sahabat...Family lebih utama. Kerana family tulang belakang kejayaan seseorang. Sahabat memang penting tapi jadikan family sebagai rakan yang paling akrab kerana family akan sentiasa menyokong kita apabila kita dalam kesusahan...tapi sahabat? hanya wujud semasa kita senang....
